Antony Shearn is the innovator behind Learning Genius. As Lead Facilitator, he has pioneered the design of the Trainingenius and Personal Genius products.
With proven experience in transforming learning for companies, Antony has brought organisations including major blue chip companies, computing, financial institutions and SME enterprises to the forefront of learning and development.
A qualified Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner, he is passionate about the benefits of Accelerated Learning. As one of the earliest practitioners of the technique, he integrated this effective method into the training programmes of major banking institutions.
With a motivational delivery style, Antony inspires delegates to reach their own levels of genius whilst ensuring learning and development solutions meet clear and accountable performance indicators.
Highly qualified, he remains at the forefront of best practice and recently became one of a handful of Certified Silva Method Instructors (CSMI). He is also a Win-Wenger Project Renaissance Accredited Psychogenics Trainer, one of the most advanced learning techniques available.
Combined with qualifications in drama therapy, MBTI and accreditations in TMS instruments, Antony ensures delegates maximise the personal and professional rewards from their learning experience.
He has delivered many success stories across a range of organisations including a leadership programme for senior managers that led range of measurable increases in business performance, including a 50% increase in sales for one department.
With more than 20 years experience in bringing genius to organisations, Antony still believes in his original values of delivering business focused results whilst ensuring individuals discover the fun and benefits learning and development offers.
Mike Maloney
With more than 35 years experience across a range of sectors, Mike has extensive experience of delivering improved performance through business planning and management development strategies.
As a NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner in the Art and Science of NLP he combines this with Certificates in Accelerated Learning and Action Centred Learning. These powerful techniques help Mike deliver the Learningenius approach of uniting delegate body, mind, imagination and emotion into all solutions.
Mike’s fun and engaging delivery style ensures he is demand for a range of training solutions including recruitment and selection, team briefing, instructional techniques, presentation skills, team building and interpersonal skills.
Peter Darwin
Peter is a development and training specialist, with a strong training portfolio designed to support business plans and improve performance.
Qualified in a range of areas including NLP and Myers-Briggs, Peter specialises in a range of learning solutions including assertiveness, project management, report writing, management development and disability awareness.
He is also able to design and deliver Psychometrics Assessment centres. With strong interpersonal skills and ability to deliver creative training solutions, Peter is an ideal facilitator when specialist learning solutions with an innovative approach are required.
Evelyn Davies
Evelyn is an experienced Organisational Development consultant and skilled facilitator. She is able to deliver a range of key solutions including vision and strategy, culture change, project management and management development.
Like all Learningenius consultants, Evelyn applies leading edge techniques including action learning, accelerated learning and NLP to solutions.
Her impressive delivery ability is strengthened with a range of qualifications including being an accredited NLP Business Practitioner, Corporate CIPD Member, MBA and an Accredited Investors in People consultant.
Geoffrey Leigh
Geoffrey has extensive experience across the private, public and voluntary sectors. He boosts organisational productivity through a range of innovative training and learning programmes.
With a flexible delivery style, he is a specialist at applying leading edge approaches to solutions. As a qualified NLP Trainer, he holds the highest possible qualification available in this technique and delivers added value to client solutions.
Geoffrey has extensive experience of introducing the systems and processes to support successful business planning, cultural change, human resource planning, communications and learning solutions. As a trained actor, he injects fun and energy into his delivery.
