Background

"I founded Learningenius in 2004 with the aim of enabling people to do better and achieve more, more quickly and easily, with more enjoyment and satisfaction – wherever they work.

We know that the great majority of people in our organisations have significant potential that’s not being engaged in much of the work that they do. Apart from the loss this represents in terms of productivity, profit, and business growth, it also makes work much less rewarding than it could be for many people.

Despite great advances over the past few years there are still many simple, well-tried and reliable ways of improving this situation that could be far more widely known and practised than they are now. These deliver significant improvements in effectiveness, often over relatively short timescales, and are also very liberating for individuals.

It’s been our goal to promote these methods and to advance them with further contributions of our own. We know what can be achieved and we will support this with fully binding guarantees of success for those who work with us."
